Nose: Rich and spicy, cocoa powder, crystallised ginger, kiwi along with raspberries and very ripe plums.
Taste: Thick and chewy with rye like spices. Hints of oak with honey butter, coconut flakes, green grapes and cardamom pods.
Finish: Lemon butter, oak aged Chardonnay and traditional thick custard with faint stewed rhubarb in the background.
